Ehumm, no picture today...

We went to that waterland yesterday and the teenagers had great fun while my sister and me sat like little old ladies under a sunshade and talked about life. I fed the girls with McDonalds drivethrough and then cookies and lemonade - did not have any myself, great victory! Because I know it is one cookie is not enough... it was not that hard either.

Later on I did not manage the birthday cake -overate and it should have been worse if not friends had arrived and ate the rest before I was bingeing away... an antoher good thing is that I did not have to go on and overat other things as I normally do when "all is lost"

So I am grateful - but have no picture to post as I did not have any served meal yesterday. Tomorrow is weighin and I have high hopes - the birthdaycake was not enough to ruin a week with good work!

    Good work! Avoiding the cookies a big plus! Stopping the binge is/was fantastic.

    Avoid that first bite. Make white flour and sugar forbidden, not going to eat foods. Sounds like they are trigger foods for you. Corn chips called Fritos are mine. If you know there will be sweets bring fruit for yourself instead.

    You did great. Don't worry about the scale. You are making great strides. I am proud of you. emoticon

    That's great progress with your binging! Much of my addictive behaviors have occurred in isolation -- having people around was instrumental in breaking my destructive habits.

    No matter what your weigh-in says, you've made good progress!

    You have had a good week and certainly managed the birthday well; albeit with a little help from your friends! I hope you have a good weigh in; if not, don't be discouraged--your good week will pay off. The change of having the cake yesterday is enough for you to retain a little extra water weight. At least that's my experience when I eat something that's not a normal part of my diet; but, it levels out to where it should be in a day or two--if I do. Enjoy your weekend!
