Back on the Band Wagon

These past couple of days have been a little rocky. I haven't worked out like I should have, and have eaten a little more than necessary. However, today has been a turn around, and I feel confident that the rest of my week will be stellar. Part of the reason for "falling off the wagon" has been my summer schedule... Or lack thereof. I've been staying up late and sleeping late, therefore, skipping breakfast and being too lazy to work out in the evenings. But I'm ready for a little bit more of a routine, and a healthier rest of the week!

How do you stay on track during the summer months? What are your biggest struggles?

    My biggest struggle? Same as yours.

    Unfortunately, it's easier to pig out with your best friend in your own apartment than it is to actively go out and exercise. :(

    emoticon on pushing forward and making today a better day than yesterday . Thats all we can really do is making the day a great one after having a few bad days .
    I my self struggle with that . Some days are epic and some are like you failed !

    Staying on track , I take care of the little things first . For example Food. I pre pack all my snacks in plastic containers . I plan on making a post today with pictures and whatI do . It helps me a lot and takes a big part of my schedule stress off my shoulders

    Breakfast I make a protein shake the night before leave it in the fridge and when im up I drink it and if i'm still tired I go back to sleep . That way I still got in breakfast and when I awake again , i can get to my snack or lunch . knowing i didnt skip a meal.

    Some times I drink my preworkout if I am super dead tired just to get a kick start , sounds crazy but some days I need it . I dont sleep early like i should because I work nights , i struggle with that.

    exercise , its a bit shameful to say but I have my days where I workout 3-4 days straight and rest . i think i push my self to hard during working out . my sessions end up being 1hr -2hrs , I think i just burn my self out and then my body goes into shut down mode, i assume having so much weight on me probably aides in that issue as well. I plan on trying just 30 mins a day only for a week and see how I feel and do with that .
