Didn't sleep well last night, but today is going to be a good day. I find as I get a little older the insomnia creeps in a little more all the time.
I got my new pressure canner yesterday and I am going to make strawberry jam today. No, it's not sugar free, but a tablespoon is only 46 calories and I don't really eat it much anyway, my husband does. I may eat it once or twice a year.
I am going to start my long list of canning projects! I haven't canned anything in nearly 20 years and haven't made jelly/jam in probably 15 years. I think I am going to make my homemade veggie soup and can it too.
It doesn't show on my ticker because I made my ticker after I logged my measurements, but I lost nearly 3 inches total!!!! WOOHOO!!!! I was definitely pleasantly surprised.
I am having a hard time reaching my calorie and nutritional tracker totals...not sure if I can eat more
Already eating at least 5 times during the day. Trying to eat healthly foods. I had so many "spare" calories last night that I made a low cal mixed drink! Bacardi Razz Rum and lemon lime seltzer! It was pretty tasty.
Well I am going to go get in a few minutes of exercise at home and then hit the shower. Ha, funny, I've been paying for a gym membership for years, I think I should probably find time to make it there daily. Hard to get up at 6 am to go to the gym when you didn't sleep the night before! I guess I'll work on scheduling today too!
