Taming the Flab

Monday, July 08, 2013

After today's post, I decided to try to try a sampler.

I went and collected 4 different types of compression garments.

1) The Compression short. It comes down mid-thigh. Made of wicking material. Very comfortable, but very fitted.
2) The compression pant. It comes down to my lower calf. Made of the same wicking material as #1. Same brand. I haven't tried these on yet.
3) The Waist trimmer belt. Made to 'Sweat off' the inches, but I decided to try it as an attempt to keep the flab in one place.
4) The Spanx. Made of what I imagine is human sausage casing.

Going to be trying multiple combinations of these garments to try to find the right thing to keep my flab from flapping.
