Guilty until Proven Innocent

When I'm trying to eat right and lose weight, and know that I have goals to reach, I feel guilty when I have a snack to eat that I know is not healthy. Even if it's in moderation, and not every day, I feel bad for eating it. I know that nothing should be "forbidden" because then I will struggle that much more with cravings, so I should just eat things on occasion and even then, just a little bit. For example, I had ice cream from Sonic a few days ago, but just ordered the "mini" size. But then I just felt like a fat slob.
Do you ever struggle with feelings of guilt, even when you occasionally eat small portions of a treat? How do you combat the feelings of negativity?
