7 weeks -- 14 pounds

I've been using SparkPeople for 7 weeks now and have lost 14 pounds. It's funny that it averages to 2 pounds a week, because it was definitely not like that! It's been erratic, but I'm happy.

I got to jog yesterday morning. My hubby agreed to stay in 1 day a week and let me go first thing in the morning. I live in Houston, and from May - September, no one wants to exercise after 9am or before 7pm. My first mile I managed to jog in 11 minutes, 16 seconds. Altogether I went 3.25 miles 38:43.
