Hanging in there

Tracked my food and got all my water. I met my recorded goal for exercise, but would have liked to get a little more. My morning walk was shorter then usual since I got up late and it was rainy and nasty.

I did have a real success though. There was a class at work and breakfast and lunch was provided. I wasn't in the class but there were lots of leftovers - sandwiches and those yummy Costco muffins. I looked up the calories on the muffins - 700!!!!! - and walked away. Then my friend wanted to go out to lunch. I declined and ate the food I brought. That is practically a miracle for me. My office is right across from the kitchen and it is really hard to ignore all the goodies on the counters. I'm really proud of myself.
