New Goals for the Next 12 Weeks:
1. Mindful Eating and Tracking
2. Sleep 7 Hours per Night
3. Incorporate More Music into My Daily Life
4. 64 Ounces of Water
Mindful Eating and tracking.
Specific: When I eat, I eat sitting down, and I ONLY eat when I eat, no television, no distractions. Track what I eat on SparkPeople tracker. In the event I am out to eat with friends or family, I will put eating utensil down between bites to remind myself to pay attention to what I am eating and how much I am eating.
Measurable: Tracking all food intake on SparkPeople tracker.
Attainable: I have successfully done this in the past; I can do it now.
Relevant: I need to be aware of everything I put in my mouth if I want to stay within my calorie range.
Timely: I plan to do this for life. I want to attain a healthy weight and then maintain that healthy weight. This goal is necessary for me. I believe mindful eating can become a habit if followed correctly over time.
