BLC 22 goals

Over the next 12 weeks I have the following goals:
1. Lose 24#; just an average of 2# a week. That would be an improvement over BLC21.
2. Work out 6 out of 7 days a week. At a minimum work out 5 days, never skip more than 2 days in a row. So if I skip a day I must work out the next day
3. Eat lunch 7 out of 7 days a week
4. eat at least 1 snack a day 7 days a week but aim for 2 snacks a day (6 small meals a day)
