C25K Week "0" Day 2!

I can truly say I am surprised. Tuesday, I went through the program twice, alternating fast walking with jogging (or shuffling, like a friend of mine said) during the segments I was supposed to jog. I figured more of the same today. Well, after walking once during a jogging segment, the next time I was going to walk I decided to keep going. I finished the rest of the jog segments the first time I went through the program. Then, after a short break (refill water, other things), I started again. I figured I was going to be worn out. I managed to jog every segment I was supposed to jog!
I am really happy with this new found stamina and may be doing Week 1 sooner than I thought!
