Woo hoo! C25K Day 1 Revisited!

So, back in January, when I first started trying to lose weight, I tried C25K for the first (and last) time. I just could not keep up with the jogging parts. I talked about it in this post. www.sparkpeople.com/mypa
Today - I still couldn't do ALL of the jogging segments, but I did most of them, AND I walked very fast on the ones I didn't jog. It felt so much better! Maybe it is the weight I have lost - I'll have to look back at what I weighed back then. However, I really think it is the Plexus Slim! :)
I think I'm going to go do it again.
