Late Night Workouts

I don't know why, but I just feel more energetic at night. I suppose I have always been a night person. For example, I didn't start walking until 10:30 last night, and I hit the 3 mile mark about a hour later. Of course, without a job right now, I am able to do this. Maybe this is why I don't work out when I am working? Hmmmmm, something to ponder.

I got in 10,000 steps two days in a row, so pretty happy with that. Aiming to get it in again today, hopefully a little earlier.

On the plus side, when I was trying to consistently work out in the winter, my feet would ache the next day due to my arthritis. The Plexus Slim has helped that a lot, however, so I should be able to amp it up now that I am starting to exercise again. :)
