Felt ill when I awoke so I slept longer, then took a walk at night. Listened to my body and felt great!
W: AM: Ashtanga mix. PM: run 6-7 miles
Th: AM: strength + meditation PM: flow + yin yoga
F: AM: Ashtanga 2nd series. PM: hill work
Sa: AM: Ashtanga primary. PM: walking + hiking
