My bigest challenge of the day is to get my steps in on my fitbit. I have been sitting at my desk all morning and only have 1092 steps - goal for the day - 8,000 ---- AND i have a seminar from 5-8pm which involves, you got it - more sitting. After which I will be returning home to my special needs son who will be wanting dinner (because what he warms up in the microwave is never dinner, its just a snack).

Ohhhhh, this day is going to be a challenge - mentally, physically and spiritually. I can already feel my serenity dwindling - but its MONDAY and I am up for a challenge.

so gettin away from my desk and going to visit the bathroom on the other floor (more steps AND a flight of stairs!) Time to quit making excuses and MOVE!!!!

    Some days it's just a matter of THAT - going to the bathroom on that "other" floor. It's LIFE not a DIET - right? I think you're doing splendidly. ;-) Park farther away, take those stairs, get up during the seminar (if you can). emoticon
