Fitness:
Sun - Gym 10 min Bike, 30 arc trainer, 10 walk
Mon - Gym 10 mins bike, 30 arc trainer, entire ST Circuit
Tue - Rest (walk at lunch, weather permitting)
Wed - Rest (walk at lunch, weather permitting)
Thur - Gym 10 min Bike, 30 arc trainer, ST arms/core
Fri - Rest (walk at lunch, weather permitting)
Sat - Gym 10 mins bike, 30 arc trainer, ST Legs/Back

Nutrition: at least 8 cups of water/day
