The Start

For the last eight years I have lost weight on and off. I've done weight watchers which I was able to lose about 20 lbs on. However, I am currently at the highest weight I have ever been at, including whenI was full term pregnant. I am so tired of being over weight a being a prisoner to food. My goal is to start tracking every thing I eat every day and working out 6 days a week. If I lose 2 lbs a week I will make it to my goal of 145 by January 9, 2014! Here we go!
