Just a few more hours and a new month, new goals, new beginnings!
I wrapped up this month with a walk during my lunch hour. While I missed eating out with my co-workers, I really enjoyed the wildflowers and birds. Felt good to be able to get out and move! It has been raining, so this was my first walk this week on lunch hour!

down 6.6 lbs from april 30 weight ---- yippee! :-)
bought a fitbit!
since having the fitbit have walked an average of 7,435 steps per day - which is a bit over my goal of 7,000! :-D
have been active on SP, fell short of daily blogs a couple days :-(
fell short on drinking all my water a few days :-(
Looking forward to June!
GOALS FOR JUNE:
Drink all my water (8 glasses daily)
Up steps to 8,000 per day
Continue daily blogging on SP
5 more lbs gone by June 30
Log my fitness activity!!! I forget to do this!!!
