Just a few more hours and a new month, new goals, new beginnings!

I wrapped up this month with a walk during my lunch hour. While I missed eating out with my co-workers, I really enjoyed the wildflowers and birds. Felt good to be able to get out and move! It has been raining, so this was my first walk this week on lunch hour!

A recap of May.....

down 6.6 lbs from april 30 weight ---- yippee! :-)
bought a fitbit!
since having the fitbit have walked an average of 7,435 steps per day - which is a bit over my goal of 7,000! :-D
have been active on SP, fell short of daily blogs a couple days :-(
fell short on drinking all my water a few days :-(

Looking forward to June!


Drink all my water (8 glasses daily)
Up steps to 8,000 per day
Continue daily blogging on SP
5 more lbs gone by June 30
Log my fitness activity!!! I forget to do this!!!

    Ever since I got my bodymedia, I feel like I've been more active. Each dey I try to best myself! I hope your fitbit works for you the same way!! Congrats on the 6 lbs!!!

    Congrats on the 6.6 lbs - that is great. I ordered the Fitbit Flex and it should ship in a couple of weeks, they are a little behind. We have had a lot of rain here too. I am about to get on the treadmill since it looks like rain outside, expecting storms. Hope you have a great weekend and on to June!

    Thanks for sharing ... I have a sedentary job and find it difficult to get to even 5000 steps per day on my FitBit but .... retiring next week so am hoping will do better about getting out to walk --- Love your goals for June so am going to 'borrow' them w/slight modification.
