Week 1--Synopsis.... did I do it?

1/2 hr walk was my goal that I had given myself last week. I decided to do the Video blog to make it a bit more official in my mind. It worked! I did do 1/2 hr walk or more every day and with some days going to Curves to do some Circuit as well as Yoga and walking at least 10,000 steps or more every day... I did it!!! My voice sounds more like Minnie Mouse on this clip--I never know what my voice will sound like until I speak. I hope someone else has committed to a 1/2 hr walk a day with me...
