Break Plateau but wrong direction/WHEAT BELLY

Up early and looking like poop...but wanted to check in and send a cyber hug to 'ya'll'. :)
I didn't give a very clear review of the book, but then again, I haven't read it fully. But it hits a familiar chord. Off to workout, I will get back at it.....before Iose my grip. (Why do we love hanging off a cliff when we have the option of getting firmly on solid ground? lol)

    I try to cut out anything with yeast, & amazingly there is a lot of foods with yeast. I will say that just a slip up I feel so crappy hours after & to just think of what use to be in our bodies before. emoticon emoticon vblog

    Good to see you. Beautiful as always. Hope you had a good workout. I truly believe there are foods that make us feel poorly and we don't even know it until we eliminate them and add them back to our diets.
