I totally appreciate all the comments! Even when I feel unmotivated, I see I got a new comment and I feel like I can DO this!!
Water is officially my new habit, starting 5/26-6/15.
Today is my last muscle rest day and will start with some light exercise tomorrow.
Keep moving forward :)

    Very good! One step at a time! I'm surprised now how nasty soda tastes now to me. Now, if I don't drink enough water.... I can feel it, so good luck and stay with it! One thing that helped me is I always liked going to Sonic. It was sort of a morning routine for me.... now I still go and gout a route44 water. I try to drink it before lunch and that's most of my water for the day. I still have my sonic habit.... it's just water :)

    First I have to say that your hair is beautiful! I think the water goal is a great one to work on. I work on water intake all the time. I have to drink more than that but I really work at it! emoticon
