Looking for some ideas for my "21 day habit". You basically come up with one habit to focus on for for 21 days. The 21 day concept is deriveted from the idea that it takes 21 days to form a habit. So ideas or suggestions? Thanks :)

    I love that my 21-day idea is really catching on! That's true 'spreading the Spark' LOL We can do anything for 21 days. It's a cool way of just taking it nice and slow and building yourself up. I'm on my 3rd 21-day cycle and it feels so easy!

    I like the water idea...I find that when I'm focused on getting my water in, the rest of the healthy eating kinda comes alongside it.

    I love the water idea! that's something I've been struggling with alot. It seems like I have to chug to get enough. I'm not much of a soda drinker luckily, cuz I know alot of people have problems with that. I mostly drink home brewed tea all day long. So now I'm gonna work on drinking 64 ounces of plain good ol water! Thank you everyone for the tips.

    Sodas by far were the best thing I ever got rid of. I don't drink anything but water and sometimes tea. Even when I fell off the wagon several times and my eating wasn't so good, the habit of not having sodas stayed with me. After getting rid of them and not having them for a long time they now don't taste good to me. Try no sodas for 21 days and have juice/tea instead.... and then from there work into only having water.

    in this 21 days @64ounces of water per day habit formation.


    you can have any beverage in Addition To but only Water counts as Water
    Teas decaffeinated/caffeine, both won't count as water
    soda again even sugar free doesn't work as plain water
    flavorings zero calories are not plain water

    the idea is to give your body good drinking water- plain unflavored nothing added to water counted! emoticon

    make sure to click sparkstreaks and count it towards trophies and awards for your page! Why Not? After all a habit by definition is something one does.

    Pick something you want to get rid of! For me it was soda, fried foods, and other "empty calorie" snack foods! Good luck! emoticon
