This is me today (humiliating)...after 4 kids and still needing to lose 15-20 lbs of pregnancy weight. I've been eating well, but not enough (wrong, I know). I've been running almost daily for 30 minutes, training for a 5k. I've been 'trying' to strength train, but that is my problem. I don't really know 'what' to do for strength training. I need help with that. I need someone to show/tell me what to do to correct my problem areas. I need to lose my badonkadonk, tummy, thighs, arms and just tone up everywhere. Can someone please help me with the strength training? I have some heavy weights and equipment at home, but don't really know what to do with it. I can't go to a gym with 4 kids. Desperate.

Wow! You are WAY TOO HARD on yourself!!!
You have FOUR KIDS, and you LOOK LIKE THIS???

You get a standing ovation from me, Hunny!
I could only DREAM about looking that good after 4 kids! (My genes are not so kind after hormones change and babies arrive!)

AS for weight lifting, you don't have to start big. Start by writing down all the muscle groups and then think (or google) different exercises you can do for each (and by a variety of styles: body weight exercises, dumbell exercises, barbell exercises, etc...)

Then daily perform your exercises, depending on what you want to work. One day arms and back, one day legs and chest, one day shoulders and glutes! The sky's the limit, whatever you choose, just make it happen! If you are ever worried about your form, there are MILLIONS of sites on the internet to help you there.

Weight exercises work best when done consistently! I try to do at least 2 days of strength training... but I am a ZUMBA LOVER so that doesn't always happen! OH WELL... not the end of the world!

GOOD LUCK with whatever you choose to do!
