This is me today (humiliating)...after 4 kids and still needing to lose 15-20 lbs of pregnancy weight. I've been eating well, but not enough (wrong, I know). I've been running almost daily for 30 minutes, training for a 5k. I've been 'trying' to strength train, but that is my problem. I don't really know 'what' to do for strength training. I need help with that. I need someone to show/tell me what to do to correct my problem areas. I need to lose my badonkadonk, tummy, thighs, arms and just tone up everywhere. Can someone please help me with the strength training? I have some heavy weights and equipment at home, but don't really know what to do with it. I can't go to a gym with 4 kids. Desperate.
