SS Day 1 - Prep

Have been reading my book, and through day 1.
I made the bacon (mmm, bacon)
I got everything measured and 'packed' for breakfast, lunch, and snack.
Here is a picture:
The little tub in the middle is the peanut butter.
The turkey and the pretzels are not in the picture, I can pick them up on the way in to work tomorrow morning.
I will do Exerbeat for 30 minutes, which is pretty much cardio followed by stretching. I'll throw in a couple extra stretching exercises to make sure I get 5-10 of stretching.
Also at lunch, I am looking forward to a NEAT walk on the bike path for 30 minutes+.
