A Healthy Body (not just weight)

If my muscles were firm and toned, not just hidden under a too thick layer of fat, it would be more likely that I would have a healthy body. If my clothes fit well and were in "normal" sizes not the ones that begin at XL, it would be more likely that I would have a healthy body. If I could move easily and walk without knee pain and do gentle exercises without huffing and puffing, then it would be more likely that I would have a healthy body. If I could sit on the floor and get back up again after playing with children or grandchildren, then it would be more likely that I would have a healthy body. If I could climb steps without pulling myself up, and not have to go down with the same leg for each step, then it would be more likely that I would have a healthy body. If I could walk through the grocery store instead of riding the scooter to do my shopping, then it would be more likely that I would have a healthy body. If I could successfully make the lifestyle changes that I need to make through portion control and better food choices as well as exercise and relaxation, then it would be more likely that I would have a healthy body. Hmmm...
