At 40 I was 40, foxy and fine, so at 50, i'll be 50, fit, and fine! How's that?

    The Fast Break phase, even if it doesn't seem like it would accomplish much at first, is really genius I think. Use the time to make/break some habits to form a good foundation for the rest of your lifestyle goals.

    Our lifestyle is what supports our current level of fitness. You are now taking a right turn from your current path, and the new road may need little adjustments in steering every now and again, but getting headed the right general direction now is a key success factor :-)
