We're going through a really difficult time right now and my emotions are all over the place. Lots of sadness, pain, frustration= constantly craving munchies. I'm a BIG TIME emotional eater. I can't afford to do that anymore, though, so I'm crocheting like crazy and journaling. My hubby's under orders to not bring junk food into the house and I think I'm just going to have to flat-out boycott Mickey D's. I know the eating doesn't make anything better and I just keep reminding myself of that! This change will ultimately benefit everyone and I can't use changes in my life to justify defeatist behavior anymore.

    Hi! I can totally relate to the emotional eating. I'm a huge emotional eater myself. It sounds like you are doing everything you can to work through it. If you ever need a person to vent to that can relate to the emotional eating, drop me a line. Stay strong and I hope it gets better for you real soon. emoticon
