So this week I have started Les Mills Pump/Turbo Fire hybrid. Decided I need to add a bit more strength training! Also swapping out a few TF classes for some running! Love to get out now that the weather is finally getting warmer
Starting weight this time around: 151
Very upsetting since I was 12 lbs lighter around this time last year. I will be adding some measurements as soon I take them lol
Now to work on my eating....
