Good for you! I started to get back to running too after being away for a while. I have done 3 - 5ks this year and I signed up for a running class at our local running store. It goes from walking to running in intervals. This week we run 7 minutes/walk 1 minute for 3 intervals. Good luck on your run! 2461 days ago
