Fitness:
Sunday - rest
Monday - Walk at work (if not raining) AND gym time! Probably arc trainer
Tuesday - Cardio/Core Fusion at lunch
Wednesday - off
Thursday - Running with friend after work, or Zumba
Friday - off
Saturday - Gym, Running and ST circuit.

Diet:
Breakfast - Multi-grain cherios and milk, coffee w/ cream and sugar
Snack - greek yogurt and raisins
Lunch - Big ol' salad (spinach, romaine lettuce, peppers, carrots, mushrooms, tuna and sweet vadila onion light dressing) and a fruit cup
Snack - nuts or fiber one bar
Dinner - honey seseme chicken over quinao or easy broccoli and pasta

Life:
Still trying to clean and reorganize my house. I've let it go the past month or so. I really cleaned the downstairs and this week I'll tackle the upstairs!
