Yay! Spark People is working!
I weighed in yesterday at 207 LBS.
So thats 4 lbs, i know that you always lose a lot at the start so i do figure that will slow down. Every day i focussed on meeting my targets with the nutrition tracker to ensure that i was in fact getting everything i needed.
Its about this point that i usually yo yo back up and gain few lbs. So i am doing my very best to be diligent. There were 2 occasions last week that i had to go out for dinner for. I researched the restaurants and their nutritional facts and ordered according to that.
For my running... i have noticed that my legs are little toned, and in some areas where it would wobble before, it doesn't now. My endurance is up! I can run longer and at a faster pace without losing my breath.
Its great to be able to see a difference in such a small amount of time!
