Back on Track

It has been a rough winter. My son has been hospitalized several times and I ate out of despair and stress. I also went from working out 7 days a week to 3-4. This turned into a 25 lb weight gain. I was still lifting heavy but allowed myself cart blanche to eat heavy trying to build muscle. I have put on a lot of muscle but also now have added fat especially around the abdomen. Last week I got back on track and am working out 6 days a week and adding more cardio. I have a ways to go but I know I can get there because I have gotten there before. The thing I have learned from this is food is still my drug of choice and I will never be cured, I just need to learn to manage it.
