C25k - week 7

Wow, I can't believe the achievement.
I am fully past the intervals stage of the program, and now it is about increasing time and distance (and speed I suppose too) as I prepare to actually run a 5k.
Today is a beautiful day. The sun is shining, clear blue skies, a little breeze, and 65 degrees. A perfect day to revel in the Earth for Earth day, and run and enjoy the sun, air, and soil.
My run was lovely, I didn't feel overly put out by it, but I moved along nicely in tune with mother earth. I didn't have breathing issues either. 25 minutes of running (plus warm up/cool down).

I see that I moved along a tiny bit faster than last week 25 minute run. It also felt a bit better too.
