I weighed myself this morning and I am back to where I started. Eating out is NOT part of the plan. My household has gone to just me and my youngest daughter and it has just been convienent to stop on way home to pick up something. I went to the grocery store this weekend and have made my plan for food and exercise. With my cysts on my spine I can do so much, but I know that is way for me to lose weight. I have never been one to say diet because I think of all the things I can eat and skip on nutrious items and bargain with myself.

To get started:
I picked up food that I like to eat and are low in fat.
I made a plan of food and exercise to start for the next 30 days
I will be on SparkPeople almost daily and will start back with some of the challenges.
I need to find a partner
Need to get me a pair of good tennis shoes
