Now where did I put that motivation...

So after I posted that first blog, I anticipated that I would be following it up with more blogs stating how wonderful I was doing. I wanted to blog about all the running I was doing, and I was feeling fabulous.
Not the case! Well, half the case.
I have definitely been sticking to my diet. I also have been continuing my 30 day squat challenge. Today is day 11 of 30, and thank God it is a "rest" day, because I feel like my legs are going to fall off! Yesterday we were up to 110 squats. ouch lol.
however, I have not been back to the gym since my last blog post :(. I've been out of town, we had a freak april blizzard, and tons of other excuses that I could list. Pathetic :(
I'm home alone this weekend, because my boyfriend is snow goose hunting out in ND. So today I have a full day planned of laundry, cleaning, and potentially going out tonight for a friend's birthday. Sounds like a lot of excuses!! I was planning to come onto sparkpeople to get some motivation, at least do a workout video in-between loads of laundry, and then post how great I did. I figured if I blogged first, then I have to hold accountable to the fact that I will have to stay accountable to myself. So feel free to razz me...I better have a comment on this post later about actually doing something!!

So, I did manage to complete a partial* P-90x video. I did 40 mins of the kenpo x cd; but my ears clogged up and I was so uncomfortable with 20 mins left that I had to stop. I don't know about anyone else, but when I get dehydrated my ears clog up and it is very, very irritating. I was drinking water throughout the entire first 40, but it happened anyway. Frustrating!!
Oh well, I still managed to get 40 mins in when extremely unmotivated...PLUS all of the housework I have been doing today.
Hopefully tommorow I will talk myself into going back to the gym and getting back into running--the 10k I hope to run is in September, and I am a loooong way away from obtaining that goal!
So it's the next day, and every single muscle in my body aches. Apparently, doing a partial workout video does the trick too! lol
