Three Workouts

I had a busy day even though the band canceled for tonight. I still had to remake all the beds.

I had my grandson overnight and he woke up early, so I was only able to get 30 min on the treadmill this morning. So, this afternoon I walked on the treadmill for another 30 min. Then, tonight after supper I went to the gym and did another 30 min on the arc trainer.

I am really trying to break this plateau I have been on for the last month.

Daily Goals:
1) Blog -- emoticon
2) Exercise at least 50 minutes. emoticon 120 min
3) Eat at least 5 freggies a day emoticon 6 servings
4) Instead of eating something unhealthy today, I will...spit it out (I took one bite of a cookie, didn't even chew-spit it out!)
