Small hiatus, but I'm back and ready to rock!
Getting back into running every day (I've been down to only 1-2 days/week) and reacquainting myself with my resistance bands (hello, old friends!)
The best part about working out isn't just firming up and getting my sweat on.
It reminds me to relax.
To listen to good music.
To love my body.
and most importantly, to be proud of myself.
