We had a 5 member band stay with us last night. They got in @1:00 and slept until @11:00. I fixed breakfast for them and they left @1:00. Then I started washing sheets and towels to get ready for another band coming in Friday night.
Tonight I have my grandson. His mom's (my daughter) birthday is tomorrow and his dad took on a special date tonight at the observatory.
I really felt like snacking on cookies this afternoon. But I put a load in the washing machine, prayed and headed upstairs to quilt. I was able to finish piecing the baby quilt.
I was tired tonight and really didn't want to go to the gym. But I had time before my grandson would arrive and had planned on going. So, after supper I went to the gym and worked out on the elliptical. I even upped the level for about 15 min.
Last week's assignment for Made to Crave was to plan meals. Well, that is a major weakness of mine. Plus this has been a crazy week. So, needless to say, I haven't done it, nor have opened up the Made to Crave books. I need to do that tomorrow.

2) Exercise at least 50 minutes.
3) Eat at least 5 freggies a day
4) Instead of eating something unhealthy today, I will...quilt
