I haven't done measurements but my weight is down to 105.4lbs. I'll follow-up with measurements next week and see how things are progressing.

I had a great full body circuit this aim along with 30 minutes of moderate cardio. I got my % of body fat done as well. Knowing that information will allow me to set goals around % of body fat. Currently I am at 17.7%. Getting to 16% would be a long-term goal for me. Baby steps forward so I'll aim to get to 17% as my first bench mark.

FFM 86.8lbs and Fat Mass at 18.6lbs, so those will be good markers to look at as well.
We'll keep track and judge my progress. Just have to stick to a plan for 6-8 weeks, tweak along the way. Here we go :)
