It's not a plan, it's a lifestyle.

I love words, everything about them. Choosing the right word, pulling inspiration from them, putting the right ones together and creating a feeling. They are amazing, although, not all of them inspire me. I don't like the following words: plan, goals, diet. Those words seem to turn me right off....ugh, especially when I'm asked to blog about them! On the flip side, I like the words victorious, determined, and satisfying.
So it's no surprise that when I think of this battle with weight, I focus more on everything else but plans, goals, and dieting. Don't get me wrong, they are uber important, and I know it. I just look at them a little differently. And as far as my plan and goals for the BLC break...here goes!
My real challenge isn't the BLC. My real challenge is living a healthy life outside the BLC. Because, in the end, that's my ultimate goal anyway. Last BLC break, I tested myself. And you know what? I did just fine. I still lost weight. I challenged myself. And I have a ton of food tracker info engraved into my head (for life I'm guessing)...so I feel confident I have the tools to do it again.
In light of a goal, I will make one. To be below 200 pounds by the time our BLC 22 starts. My plan? Anything and everything it takes to get there...fitness, nutrition, healthy habits, etc. I have no excuse for not getting it done.
So, for me, I will focus on having determination, aim for that satisfying feeling at the end of the day, and basking in whatever victories come my way. Why wouldn't I? I earned them.
