Shred Diet: Just ended 4th week

I have had a few things going on, but am down 2.6 pounds this week. Week 3 found me ill (cough), so while I easily ate the soups, etc., I didn't follow the diet faithfully and stayed flat for two weeks and just tried to maintain for that time. I then started the 4th week finishing a round of antibiotics. I am now better and did follow the 4th week faithfully. The only things that I am doing differently is about fat. I am eating whole eggs, not just whites. I am also doing my own exercise plan (having exercised for years). I am doing a plan alternating steady state cardio, weight work and intervals. The combination of diet and exercise is proving successful. The fifth week is the "cleanse" week. I now need to go shopping for hibiscus tea. I will blog again about my progress.
