FOCUS challenge

This week we have a challenge to FOCUS. It's something I need. I've been feeling as if I'm hitched up to 4 horses at all limbs lately. Time to regroup.

F- Friends. I plan to connect to acquaintances and try to make more friends. I've been holding people at arm's length instead of reaching out to people. I plan to ask a girl to see if she wants to do my wedding photography since that's what she went to school for and it'll net her some extra cash.

O- Organize I plan on finishing the wedding planning. I have a destination plan and an at-home plan. I'm getting married on June 8th, even if I had to go to the courthouse to do it!

C- cardio I know you guys may be tired of hearing this, but I run. I plan on running more. emoticon

U- Unwind Going to try to do more yoga and not worry about things I cannot control

S- Spread the Spark I have been sharing healthy recipes on Facebook and bringing good food to work to show them what I've been doing to lose weight.

FOCUS Bonus
Organization - I am organizing my food plan instead of just winging it. I made sandwiches for lunches for the whole week so I don't have to think about what I'll be getting at work. I at least know I'll be getting some good veggies, lean meat, and whole grains at lunch.

    how about following a qigong video? I've been doing this a few days and I noticed a great improvement on my ability to focus from the get-go.
    check it out on youtube, there are an infinite number to choose from. my favorite is 'qigong with ming tong'.
