back from vacation - seems like everything in South Carolina is fried! It was hard to eat out and make healthy choices. I was pretty actiive - beach walks and tennis, but I really could have done better. But - that's okay - it was a great week with my sister and her family - no beating myself up - just picking myself up and moving on.
Plan for this week:
- WATER! - I need to get back to that - missed this
- Alcohol - no more beer!
- Exercise - at least 30 minutes per day with a 10 minute video in the AM
- Food tracking - all of it - no matter what!
- Pounds - looking to get ride of my 2 pound gain and a little more - I feel like I have been stalled for the past 2 weeks after my strong start for the 5% challenge.
There it is. I am happy to be home and happy to be back here.
