    I used to do something similar to your little piece of chocolate. I would by 2 tiny ( quarter size ) pieces from the corner store and hide them in the back of the freezer, them I would forget about them then when I was craving a little chocolate I'd be like oh I have a piece in the freezer!!!

    Then I would let it sit on my tongue and melt and savor it instead of shewing it right up....lol.

    Rewarding yourself is a great idea! Section off those squares of that delectable emoticon crisp bar so you're not tempted to reward yourself with more pieces.
    This helps with almonds too! emoticon
