Rolling on the foam roller has really helped. It is amazing how much it has helped! My right leg is still very tender, but is better than it was last week.

The last couple of days I have concentrated on making a baby quilt for my niece. I am almost done with making the blocks. I am hoping to finish piecing the top tomorrow. I need to have it all done by Sunday for the baby shower.

Daily Goals: 3/11 & 3/12
1) Blog -- emoticon emoticon
2) Exercise at least 50 minutes. emoticon, emoticon 133/80 min
3) Eat at least 5 freggies a day emoticon, emoticon 6/6 servings
4) Instead of eating something unhealthy today, I will...sew & stretch

Hey, I had a thought about quilting. I like to change my quilts with the seasons and thought about doing a two-sided quilt that could just be flipped. Snowman on one side and a valentine theme on the other side.

Would love to see a picture of your quilt. I never learned to quilt, but my mom was great at it. Have a happy day! Hugs, Sharon
