Rolling on the foam roller has really helped. It is amazing how much it has helped! My right leg is still very tender, but is better than it was last week.
The last couple of days I have concentrated on making a baby quilt for my niece. I am almost done with making the blocks. I am hoping to finish piecing the top tomorrow. I need to have it all done by Sunday for the baby shower.
Daily Goals: 3/11 & 3/12
1) Blog --
2) Exercise at least 50 minutes.
3) Eat at least 5 freggies a day
4) Instead of eating something unhealthy today, I will...sew & stretch
