NANINOTTAWA You don't have to run just do what you can. Well done. You need proper footwear. You go for yourself to the gym. Good for you going on your own. I would suggest you talk to someone in the gym and get them to give you a bit of an assessment. Way to go. You will do it. Keep an eye on your pulse rate and make sure you are not overtaxing your heart rate. Do you know how to measure your pulse rate at the neck? Then even if you talk to a person at the gym about working in "your zone". Hopefully you will talk with the trainer. Good luck. Never mind the girlfriend.
