Took a partial day off

Stayed out way too late dancing last night, but had a lot of fun!! Daylight savings time kicked my tail this morning. Fabian and I went to the gym this evening, 1 mile warm up, bis/tris, hit the sauna!

Fabian and I did drop sets on the biceps. I matched him on the tricep cable pushdowns on wt and reps. I was very pleased with that!! Not that my arms look bad, but I'm looking at my picture that I have on my page in my salmon colored dress. I want a little more definition in them. I don't like the tricep area...looks too soft still.

Game Plan:
step aerobics
Big changes aerobics
easy run...3 miles
eat/clean up!
CPR @ KU Med Ctr
Chill @ home for a bit
Group Cha Cha lessons at Walter's Dance Ctr

Positives:
1. Pushed my arm work out tonight
2. Took a day off my running
3. Excellent day with my clients!
4. I know when to change up when I'm low energy!

    Hey hope the sauna wasn't so dramatic this time!- I am contemplating starting up agai in April w pump class have to figure out finances this week probably fine after payday on the 1st!
