Anything else you would like to share with your Team?"
I would sincerely like a spark buddy who also is motivated to exercise 30-60 minutes per day.
My exercise consists mainly of fast walking, yoga, some strength training 3x a week and water aerobics 2-3x a week.
I really want to be accountable to somebody though spark mail.
I am especially concerned that when these Challenges end I will ease up on exercise because I no longer need to be accountable to my Team.
