Anything else you would like to share with your Team?"

I would sincerely like a spark buddy who also is motivated to exercise 30-60 minutes per day.

My exercise consists mainly of fast walking, yoga, some strength training 3x a week and water aerobics 2-3x a week.

I really want to be accountable to somebody though spark mail.

I am especially concerned that when these Challenges end I will ease up on exercise because I no longer need to be accountable to my Team.

    Hey, I was going to offer to be your Spark Buddy for fitness, but you have plenty of offers, and that is terrific! Hang on to that Spark Buddy. I have one, and she helps me tremendously. You'll keep each other going in between these challenges. Of course, there are hundreds of other challenges in the Community section you could individually do, or do as a team. The 30 day challenge is a good one.

    If you need another partner you can add me as well. It sounds like we have similar goals as I try to walk every day and am wanting to run a 5k in July. I also strength train and am starting to include some yoga into my day as well. 30-60 minutes a day is what I am aiming for and an accountability partner would be awesome!

    I would be happy to be an accountability partner/Spark buddy, but at my age, I need a bit more in minutes due to my low BMI. I, too, seem to feel less accountable when the challenges end!
