My eating is still way out of whack. Exercise is good, but I just seem to want food all of the time. Why, what the hell is wrong? I have good food in the house. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

    I found that eating less simple carbs has helped with my cravings. I will have brown rice or quinoa, or red potatoes etc, but I only have 1/2 cup once or twice a day. Good luck in finding what works for you. emoticon emoticon

    Are you eating enough protein? My trainer has me eating protein at every meal -- 3 meals & am/pm snack. It sure does help with the munchies.
