Do you need some motivation or advice? Ask for it!"

I'd like to be accountable to a spark buddy to ensure I exercise daily.

I'd like advice on what motivates others to get started exercising. Please let me know what works for you!

    Simple--find something you love!! Try anything and everything that appeals to you! If you find something you enjoy, you will find time for it. If that sounds too ambitious, put on your shoes, go out the door, walk for 10 mins and then turn around to walk back home. And promise yourself a cool reward when you get home.

    If you look at my SPage, you'll see I'm not a natural exercise demon.

    I workout 5-6 days a week right now. But that comes and goes. LOL I have lots of outdoor sports/activities I've come to love those require less motivation because they are fun. Having a program I'm working on usually helps. I don't buy the expensive DVD series stuff, there is so much great stuff online. Right now I'm doing Jamie Eason's 12 week LiveFit program.

    I saw your blog on the BLC feed. If you are part of BLC all that's required is kicking butt on all the challenges. That will have you working out 6 days a week.

    I need to keep myself accountable daily. I allow myself 1-2 less active days per week (a minimum of 4000 steps on those days) because I have limited mobility. But the rest of the time I try to make the Y at least 5 days in a 1 week period for swimming and weights.
