What can you improve upon?"
I want to schedule a set time to exercise every day and stick to that schedule.
I want to continue to keep my workout clothes in plain sight and within easy reach.
I want to use Spark exercise videos when I exercise indoors as there is a large variety to choose from so I don't get bored.
I need to make exercise as easy as possible to get started. Once I get started, I am okay - it's the getting started that is the hard part for me.
